There's no point adding "Our game symbol", since it's an default icon that can be selected from LaTale. Right?

It's LaTale's symbol, Benevolence is just borrowing it. Besides, "Our" doesn't say "Us" since plenty of guilds can have the exact same symbol.

So I guess one would have to be made.

I've never seen the same exact (Ghost/Ice background/Lightning) guild symbol in game.

Oddly enough, I have. But I can't recall the guild name.

The point is, It wouldn't really be "our logo" since it'd just be a mix of LaTale's customization.
Like placing a Barbie Doll's hands and legs on a GI Joe doll and claiming "I made it."
Logo's are normally self made that reflects some way upon the company.

I'm not saying to abandon the Ghost, but it could be changed. I'm sure if someone touched it up with some CG and gave it to Scarlet to add some vector into it, it'd be the logo for Benevolence.
The ghost sprite ripped straight from the game isn't technically a logo.

the point is that wer not claiming it to be made by us, and its just our symbol not our logo. since we're a Latale guild, and that symbol appears beside our guild name, then its one of the symbols of our guild that ingamers can identify us with. I believe that as long as we dont use the symbol for anything other than latale then we wont get sued.
